At St Germans School, our intent in Design and Technology is to nurture creativity and innovation through design. Children will be given the opportunity to develop skill, knowledge and understanding of designing and making functional products. They will critically analyse their work and be able to creatively evaluate and make changes to improve their designs. They will develop a love for cooking and be able to talk about where their food comes from and develop an understanding of a healthy diet.
