Uniform at St Germans School
We believe it is important that children should wear comfortable, safe and sensible clothing, whilst looking smart and being suitably dressed.
Wearing a uniform gives makes children appear equal and gives a sense of belonging.
School uniform, with the school logo is available for purchase through an online company Wovina.com
The Friends of St Germans also sell second hand uniform.
All Parents and Carers have agreed to support the school's policy on uniform by signing the Home School Agreement when joining the school.
The following guidance outlines our uniform expectations:
Trainers are NOT allowed to be worn at any time other than for PE lessons and clubs.
No dangling earrings, necklaces or bracelets.
Watches and stud or sleeper ear-rings are acceptable.
Make up and nail varnish should NOT be worn to school
Hair bands, ribbons/bows or ‘scrunchies’ should be plain and either blue or black in colour.
Hair bands should not have large flowers or bows attached.
Clothing is expensive and children frequently misplace items.
It is essential that all clothing is marked with their name.
